Main Gallery

The Breckenridge Fine Arts Center's Main Gallery is a state-of-the art exhibit space featuring tile flooring, carpeted walls, and ample lighting. The lighting is repositional Par30Cans on a grid-like track system throughout the ceiling of the room. The massive 2,640 sq. ft. ( 44'x60') room is also equipped with 12' ceilings, 11 power outlets, and double-doors leading to a covered area outside the facility for loading and unloading the exhibits. The Main Gallery plays host to our Main Exhibits including the Juried Show, most Events, and other special functions throughout the year.

East Gallery

This 1200 sq. ft. (30'x40') room was originally built to accomodate the City Commission Meetings of Breckenridge before they built their own facility in the 1990s. Now the East Gallery, also dubbed the Clark Auditorium, houses our smaller exhibits, some workshops, and other meetings. The exhibit room's features include both florescent and ''eyeball'' adjustable lighting, carpeted floors, a mechanically operated projector screen, and ourtoor access through double-doors similar to the Main Gallery.

North Gallery

Our North Gallery a smaller L-shaped room for hosting primarily Permanent Collection Pieces. This space was the original office to the Library Director, before the Library was remodeled. The connection between the Arts Center and Library was shut off due to a needed Fire Wall between the 2 facilities. The 268 sq. ft. gallery is fitted with carpeted walls, adjustable track lighting, and natural lighting through the east-facing windows. For the opening of this new gallery, the Arts Center welcomed a significant donation from the Lester & Virginia Clark Estate of several bronze sculpture pieces; most of which are featured in the North Gallery. This gallery could also be used for small exhibits and/or collections in the future.
