Breckenridge Fine Arts Center - Children's Program

At the BFAC, we strive to involve and serve our children year-round.

We offer local children many opportunities to participate in workshops with free instruction and enjoyment to those interested in exploring the many different aspects of art and art appreciation. Teresa Everett is our Children's Program Coordinator and is the instructor for all BFAC-supported workshops.

Upcoming Workshop

Our next workshop will be our Summer Workshop. The dates for this workshop are Tuesday - Friday, August 12-15. Classes will be for ages 4yrs - entering 6th Grade. Each day will be divided into 3 sections. 4yrs - entering Kindergarten will be 9:30 - 10:30 AM daily; entering 1st Grade - entering 2nd Grade will be 10:45 - 12 noon daily; and entering 3rd Grade - entering 6th Grade will be 1:00 - 2:30 PM daily. Each section will be limited to the first 25 students to register. You may register your child(ren) at any time by calling the BFAC 254.559.6602 or sending us an email. The summer workshop is always free to the public.
