  • January 23 - March 9: Jerome Cooksey "Unique Expression" - Jerome's avant-gard artwork using mixed media mesmerizes the viewer with his colorful paintings and unique masks encouraging one to revisit and study what he's done. Jerome moved to Breckenridge from Tucson, AZ.
  • March 20 - April 27: The Mark Moody Group - The photography group has added a new member, Paula Savage, who will show her beautiful photography with Mark Moody, Mike Fiore, Ben Jacobi and Torin Halsey. Their photography is diverse offering images mounted on aluminum making the colors rich and almost 3D looking, black and white image, storm chasing images and much more.
  • May 8- June 29: The Quilt Show - The Quilt Shows is truly one of our most beautiful exhibits. The show offers the following categories: Other, Antique, Appliqué, Embroidery, Miniature/Youth and Pieced quilts. We'll be looking for entries by April 14th so you have plenty of time to get yours ready or get grandma's antiques out of the closet. 
  • July 17 to August 31: 27th Annual Juried Art Show - The premier show of the year! We had a record breaking number of entries with 28 states represented. This has been an international show in the past and we're hoping this will occur this year as well as breaking our entry numbers again. The prospectus will be available by February 6th online or via email request - info@breckenridgefineart.org. Visit our Juried Show Tab to the left for more information.
  • September 11 - October 26: The Texas Chapter of the American Portrait Society Juried Art Show - This statewide affiliation of the American Portrait Society will host it's annual juried art show at the BFAC. More information as it becomes available.
  • November 6 - January 4: Soon Warren - Fort Worth-based watercolorist Soon Warren with her beautifully unique watercolors of glass paintings, flowers and much, much more will hold her first exhibit at the BFAC. She is an award-winning, national artist and one of the best watercolor artists in the state. Truly an artist you don't want to miss.

East Gallery:​

  • January 23 - March 9: Burnelle Grace Knight "Fields of Grace" - Pat Knight, Burnelle's mother-in-law, presents the beautiful porcelain paintings and oil paintings done from the 1950's through Burnelle's oil paintings which she began in the 1970's. A beautiful exhibit of flowery porcelain combined with landscapes of the late artist's works.
  • March 20 - April 27: Aaron Tate - Aaron's extraordinary blown glass art is a treat to the eye. Any household looking for unique hand blown, intricate wine glass stems, bowls and more won't be disappointed with his exhibit.

  • September 11 - October 26: Kim Roberti - A new member of the Texas Chapter of the American Portrait Society, her figurative impressionistic paintings differ from most figurative painters across the U.S. Her paintings not only tell a story, but are delightful to the eye.
  • November 6 - January 4: Robert English - Robert, from Tool, TX, is a member of the Texas Sculpture Association. His specialty is bronze sculpture art with a Southwest flavor and well worth a visit to see.
